Bystec Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is headed by Boshan Dayaratne, who was the first CEO of Sri Lanka Tennis Association (SLTA) (2000-2003); he was the Hon. General Secretary of SLTA in 2010 and counts over 10 years of experience in game court construction and maintenance.

- Achievement Award from the International Tennis Federation (ITF) & Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) for the National Coordinator of the year 2002 in Asia.
- Sri Lanka Ranked No: 1 in Tennis 1995/96.
- Sri LankaRanked No: 5 in Tennis for Doubles 1995/96.
- ITF Level II qualified coach
- Diploma in Sports Science from Hungarian University of Physical Education
Achievements of the SLTA during tenure as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Most Improved National Association of the year 2001 in Asia , awarded by the ATF to the Sri Lanka Tennis Association (SLTA).
- International Tennis Federation (ITF) selecting Sri Lanka from Asia to implement new concepts in tennis.
- Hosting a large number of International Events & Tournaments in Sri Lanka for the 1st time
- Two Sri Lankan Under 14 players selected by the ITF for the ITF Travelling team of 5 players, to represent Asia in the one and half month European Tour.
- World Junior Tennis Championship 2002, 5th Position out of 18 countries.
- Junior Davis Cup Quarter-finalist 2002
- Separate period allocated in the school curriculum in each week for the Mini-Tennis Programme (the only country to achieve this in the ITF mini-tennis programme)
- Introducing Wheelchair Tennis to Sri Lanka, and,
- Four disabled soldiers winning the title at the Thailand Wheelchair Tennis Open
- Construction of a 5 star gymnasium at the SLTA premises in partnership with Life Style (Pvt) Ltd.
